No time to meditate?
Each day you will get a new practice that is short and sweet. Somedays it will be a meditation, other days it will be a mindfulness practice. Day 4 is a longer practice (20minutes) but every other day of this challenge you can do in 10 minutes or less.
An added bonus is that a regular mindfulness practice brings you more clarity and ease which makes it easier to focus later. So those 10 minutes of mindfulness actually give you more time later.

Short meditations will be provided for you to listen to at a time & place in your day that works best for you.
You will receive worksheets to track your meditations so you can learn more about your practice and that thoughts that arose throughout the challenge.
Each day of the challenge you will receive a prompt via email with that day’s task. It might be to listen to the provided meditation or to bring mindfulness to an activity of your choice. Each task will take you less than 10 minutes to complete.

And 7 years ago I was hit by a bus….
Yup, a bus. For real. I ended up with a traumatic brain injury, multiple skull fractures, and eventually underwent 4 neurosurgeries before my prosthetic bone flap was inserted. So, I know a thing or two about anxiety :)
This accident is what started me on my own mindfulness journey.
What I learned during that time is that mindfulness works. That starting a practice is about consistency. That is doesn’t matter if you practice for 5 minutes or 50 minutes a day just as long as you practice. That the more you meditate, the “easier” it gets, and that you too can create a life overwhelm one moment at a time.
